AN OASIS ON THE SUBURBS
Located away from the chaotic and fussy traffic of Madrid, but just 15 minutes away from the city center, LA CAÑADA is the perfect place for a lunch/dinner with the family. Traditional menu, huge portions and little price, highlighting their specialty that we didn’t try this time: Madrid style Pot Stew (Cocido).During spring and summer nights they have a special menu to enjoy at their amazing terrace, which consists on smaller-but-still-big dishes for just around 5€/each. The menu you can enjoy during the rest of the year is way more traditional, but with new creative foods that twists this offer. The venue is big, with a couple of indoor saloons and an open terrace for summer days. They also have a marvelous yard perfect to celebrate different types of events or let the kids play while the rest of the family enjoys their meal. Good thing is that they are perfectly prepared for all kind of occasions, handling the times perfectly, so the attentive service is willing to make the soiree feel like home at any time.What surprised me most, is how they have everything prepared for their famous “Cocido”, that you can see how are cook in the traditional way from the very first moment you step in the restaurant. Very curious to see, I can’t wait to give it a try on my next visit!
COMER BIEN FUERA DE MADRID CENTRO
Alejado del ruido y del caótico tráfico de Madrid, pero a tan solo 15 minutos del centro, LA CAÑADA es el lugar perfecto para una comida/cena en familia. Con un menú tradicional, de raciones enormes y precios ajustados y su especialidad, que no pudimos probar en esta ocasión: el cocido madrileño.
Durante las noches de primavera y verano tienen un menú de noche con raciones más pequeñas (que siguen siendo enormes) y a un precio que ronda los 5€/ración, para disfrutar en su terraza al aire libre. La carta de día y de noche que se puede probar durante el resto del año es más tradicional, pero tiene platos modernos que le dan un toque creativo a la propuesta. El local es grande, con dos salones y una terraza abierta en verano, y cuentan con un jardín perfecto para realizar eventos o para que los más pequeños jueguen sin problemas. Lo bueno es que están perfectamente preparados para todo tipo de ocasión, y llevan muy bien los tiempos, con un servicio siempre atento y dispuesto a que nunca falte de nada.Lo que más me llamo la atención, es cómo tienen el local preparado para sus famosos cocidos, que puedes ver como preparan de la manera tradicional en la entrada del restaurante. Algo muy curioso y que me dejó muchas ganas de volver a probarlo. Sin duda, para la siguiente visita.

我们先吃点开胃菜
烤肉片，很美味，但缺少一些动力，和一些非常好的普林加奶酪。我从来没有要求过，但它会成为固定的。我们还点了些新鲜的东西：一份带开心果鼠疫的卷饼沙拉，很好分享。
Seguimos con unos calamares del campo y una tempura de langostinos buenísima, mucho sabor del producto junto con un rebozado estilo panko y una salsa picantita, parecido al plato que se puede encontrar en algunos japoneses de Madrid. Algo diferente que le da un toque moderno a la carta y aporta sabores nuevos al local y a la carta más tradicional.
我们仍然有一种丰富的蔬菜，一种美味的虾种子，产品的味道很好，加上一种丰满的Panko风格和一种辣椒酱，类似于在马德里的一些日本人所能找到的菜。一种不同的东西，它给《宪章》提供了现代的触觉，并为当地和更传统的《宪章》带来了新的味道。
我们想要一些新鲜的菜：一个美味的斯泰克蛋糕（在我的情况下是辣的），配上土司和自制薯条。非常好

No puede faltar el postre. Nos explicó el camarero que, al igual que el resto de comidas, los postres también se hacen al completo en la casa, y hasta la nata es casera. Como recomendado, probamos los buñuelos de manzana, que estaban tremendos, y la tarta de chocolate y queso, muy cremosa, también me gustó mucho.
甜点不能错过。服务员告诉我们，像其他的饭菜一样，甜点也是在家里做的，甚至连奶油都是自制的。按照建议，我们吃了一些很好吃的苹果酱，还有巧克力和奶酪蛋糕，很脆，我也很喜欢。
